    The good thingsThe job task is constant, stable and chill. It is very suitable for those who would like working until retire without looking forward for better career & skills
    The challengesSalary increment is pretty low and the job exposuring skills is quite limited. It is not recommend to those who looking higher salary and want to get new learning without dynamic and fast pacs working environment

    The good thingsYou can learn a lot of things from the staff as this Company is big and it employs people from different background. It provides quite good work life balance environment as well with the options of flexible working hours and compressed work schedule.

    The challenges1. More processes / procedures can be explored for improvement in automation / digitization although the company is moving towards this direction. 2. Competitive environment - career promotion can be tough unless you're really outstanding one, they don't promote ppl based on years of service. Promotion is based on job size expansion and performance.

    The good thingsGood exposure to know about general insurance. Salary on time, and festive season salary early release, provided training to staff. Great chance for career development if you are willing to perform.
    The challengesSelf learning is a must since no proper guidance given. Need to do lots of fact finding work. Overloaded with work = over time. Low pay. Office politics is a norm in every company so no complain about it.
