    This is one place you should avoid
    The good thingswalking distance to some decent lunch restaurants.
    The challengesLots of promises, zero fulfillment. The boss is a good at hiring professionals for a short term, and constructively dismissing them when their ideas are running. By all means avoid this place.

    Not a place for experienced professionals.
    The good thingsFree parking thanks to Tesco. That's about it.
    The challenges1. The boss has way too many ideas and has no direction but does not accept new methods of moving forward. 2. NOT willing to adapt or accept new ideas. 3. Failing business model (selling cheap China made stuff in Amazon, and most of the products are copies from other merchants). 4. Tend to have long interviews with experienced personnel. To 'get' ideas and then not hire them. 5. Not a place for fresh grads. 6. Company benefits are non-existent. 7. Most likely they are not doing financially well either. 8. Mainly because they refuse to move away from their traditional methods.

    Not a place for career
    The good thingsThe good thing is that the company is in Ipoh where it's near my hometown and the cost living is low. there's also company trips and sometimes celebration dinner
    The challengesThe environment is not good, there's no other benefit except MC and medical claim. there is no work life balance. the boss himself said that this is not a place for long-term career development. So yeah, you can know from that.
