    Not recommend for long term. Good if you want to gain 1-2 years experience.
    The good thingsYou can learn a lot on automation industries and low voltage design for project. Subsidies meals and free gym. Some good senior that willing to teach. Comfortable working environment.
    The challengesLow pay compare to its competitor, no career advancement, bad planning and unprofessional attitude from upper management, no work life balance. Also, too much working drama, co-worker will work using their feeling. Boss will say reward you if you OT a lot but honestly its not worth it.

    The good thingsThe employers there even when they are busy with their own projects, they still have time to teach the trainees how to do things correctly and follow the guidelines.
    The challengesSometimes while assembling a heavy project, we need to think a step ahead to prevent accidents and this is really challenging.

    Good Place to Gained Knowledge in Robotic Field
    The good thingsHere you can learn about installing the machine for production such as machine to produce hard disc,machine to produce car ECU and also cars ABS system.Working here also letting you learn on electrical wiring of the machine,not to forget,pneumatic system also.
    The challengesIts going better,not all the company and industrial provide this kind of core bussiness.
