Not recommend for long term. Good if you want to gain 1-2 years experience. The good thingsYou can learn a lot on automation industries and low voltage design for project. Subsidies meals and free gym. Some good senior that willing to teach. Comfortable working environment.
The challengesLow pay compare to its competitor, no career advancement, bad planning and unprofessional attitude from upper management, no work life balance. Also, too much working drama, co-worker will work using their feeling. Boss will say reward you if you OT a lot but honestly its not worth it.
