This guest service job enable me to learn to manage interpersonal conflict no matter in staff or customer. Besides that, it enable me to learn how to communicate with different language in Bahasa, English, Mandarin and it make me speak fluently and improve my speaking and communicate skills.The good thingsDuring the working time, i had learn how to solve customer problem. How to interact with other staff. Besides that, i had experience a total of 82 hours of working overtime on September, it is a new experience for me and i always wanted to try from the first day i start working to keep challenging my own limit.
The challengesThe challenge that i face which is interpersonal conflict this is because sometimes even though i serve well through the customer and customer will still not satisfaction through the guest service department due to the less counter served customer.
