    The good thingsThe company provided a good welfare and amenity. I have gain many knowledge and experiences in here and also knowing many other people in this company. I had given a good training in here.
    The challengesYou must prepare your own vehicle (motorcycle) because it will be needed in this work. You must prepared as some area have a weak phone connection coverage. Other than that, overall was good.

    The good thingsChallenging and interesting especially in the department I worked. Bosses are knowledgeable and have good experience in the industry. I was particularly impressed with the reporting system in the Company.
    The challengesYou have to hit the ground running. Career advancement was rather low. Benefits are nothing to shout about

    The challengesToo many paper works, not technology savvy in terms of communication tool, IT support, etc. People are less friendly, although same department. Most of them playing games, watching video, chatting during office hour. Job unbalance different department Old man style of working, not willing to change mindset, follow what current practices. Long period approval process made thing inefficient Expensive parking rate for staff. Only have rm40 monthly allowance.

    The good thingsKnows how to generate the warm welcome between the host and the guests, being the middle between the tour operation and the staff, learning being a assistant lodge manager, knowing how to communicate with many people from outside the country, and knows how to manage time when work with flexible time of duty.

    Genting Trus Hidup Oil Mill, Sandakan, Sabah.
    The good thingsThere are very peaceful place and no jamming traffic to work. There are really good career path here. Training engineer is teach from basic thing and all critical engineering knowledge. There are many program and training available for those who want to expert in process engineer. All senior are really kind and good teaching their junior engineer in all aspect. The salary is high and many extra benefit is offer for those who like to become expert in engineer path.
    The challengesThe living cost in Sandakan, Sabah is very high starting from food and all other living equipment. Life will be a bit challenging due to no transportation for those who come from peninsular.

    The good thingsHe was easy going person, friendly and good mentor. He's a good listener, would go extra mile to help others. He regularly let me know that am appreciated and not just at the times of their yearly reviews. A good boss is one that realizes that when emergencies come up in our personal lives that they should be more important than the job. Takes us for lunch to create a positive work atmosphere.
