Learning experience is good expecially if you're working in the design department
The good things1. Able to brush up my soft skills such as AutoCAD and realized the importance of this skill as an engineer. 2. Interactive and helpful colleagues. 3. Able to relate civil engineering studies to geotechnical engineering in real working life.
The challenges1. Have to be able to work independently as most of the engineers in this company will have tons of work to do. 2. If work is not done properly or late for work, your colleagues may not like it and won't be able to deal with you professionally.

A very good place to learn construction industry! Engineering design are great.
The good thingsAble to learn and obtain a lot of knowledge. Furthermore, salary always punctual and never miss. The top management always in one direction to ensure the organisation and its member able to achieve the necessary success.
The challengesThe company still developing and needed to review its resources management (this part is tough!). A lot of waste of resources occurs since the nature of its business in each project are varied between 6 months to 1.5 years (considered short-term), However, if training in communication, revise flow of command, improving engineering creativity integrated together with cost and quality in each personnel, and etc of the efficiency will shot up! Efficient and effective is the key!
