The good thingsworking time here is flexible, and workload can be divided equally to teammates. Many experiences can learn in this compony especially for doing testing and installation.
The challengesI need to work independently and make a quick decision for solving the problem on-site situation.

    CHALLENGING!
The good thingsThe management provide full supports, understanding, being so considerate and also have thrust towards the employees on completing the assigned task. Yearly increment and festive bonus are very attractive. From my view, it's a good working place to explore new things as I can gain and share as much knowledge & experience I can.
The challengesExposing to new or unfamiliar task may take times and very challenging. Especially when dealing with uncooperative internal or external people. However, at the end of the day once the result produced will give the best feeling inside which indirectly gain own job satisfaction in completing the task assigned.

    Challenging but not difficult
The good thingsGood environment, multitasking, good team work with supportive employer and employee. Non-stop job but not stress environment will make us feel important in every job we assigned. The supportive leader or manager lead us the best performance. Very good incentive, allowance and bonus. Having fun every month especially for the birthday celebration and others.
The challengesIt is not difficult but very challenging when we have to face various demand/queries from client but we successfully complete our job as per request. The challenging situation make us more experience and will produce the best final product.

    Unexpected and Fun!
The good thingsThe supporting top management, healthy working environment, opportunity for career advancement which I dreamt before. And the part that I love and enjoy most is that my job scope covers all HR functions where I was given the thrust to carry the responsibilitie and the opportunity to learn new things. Last but not least, my hardwork is appreciated and recognised. This is what I'm looking for.
The challengesLike everyone else, I do have my own limitations in which I believe the limitations are my knowledge and experience in handling all functions of HR. My previous working experience specialise in Recruitment & Selection only. Therefore, to overcome this limitations, I always seek advise from HR Professionals, from government bodies as well as attending courses and training to upgrade myself.

    Experience Digger
The good thingsI love the work place and environment. Less stress and a lot of supportive colleagues besides a good team leader cum branch manager. Our general manager is a understanding person yet so generous. Money is not a matter to him, he said employers work for his company and we walk through difficulties towards success together. That is a quality of a leader every company should have. I love my company
The challengesChallenges mainly exist when dealing with workers at site. They got experiences but less knowledge. In this situation, i would rather keep humble and teach them ia way of they themselves haven't notice of me ordered them. I created win-win situation. Every single cloud there must be a silver lining, by means every work we done, problems are always be our friend. overall, I learned a lot.
