    The good thingsThe lecturer and other employee here are friendly and positive people. Motivate each other to do well in their task and easy to discuss with and sharing knowledge. Salary are on time, practice moderate annual leaves/EL consider this is a college and all leaves are subject to time and teaching schedule.
    The challengesThe employer need more experience in running a company such as this college because the competition is very high between other colleges.Now, with poor infrastucture and doesnt have the college environment will cause no students in near future.

    The good thingsThe management has good vision but lack coordination. Senior staffs are friendly and ready to share knowledge about anything. Students are cooperative and eager to learn.
    The challengesGive equal opportunity to all staff. Provide more benefits for staff so they do not feel unappreciated.

    The challengesToo much workload, it can affect staff performance. This company must give a morale such as give raise to the staff or give bonus such as bonus performance. Spend a lot of money for marketing and staff needs.
