Great place to work, work life balance
The good thingsvery seldom you can get an advertising company which have work life balanced is a good place to train and learn your creativity here as people is very good helping each other. I have a lot of great moments there. if giving a second chance I would like to go back there again :)

Great internal culture, comfortable working environment
The good thingsThe Management does well to ensure personal growth as well as career growth within the company. Being sent for trainings in both personal development areas as well as job-related aspects are not uncommon practices here. The management team treats the staff as friends and respectable colleagues, as opposed to taking the you-should-fear-me approach.
The challengesA lot of red tape processes, may stumble onto road blocks internally along the way. However, with enough experience, maneuvering around these red tapes to work them in your favor may prove to be fruitful.

The good thingsWe are globally connected, sharing information and experiences across countries & cultures. Hence, there's always chances open for people who are willing to explore in other countries. As a creative person, daily working late is not the company's culture. you will find the balance of life working with this company
The challengesAcross culture and language barrier. we are globally connected even with our suppliers. Beside meeting with regional/global teams, creatives need to liaise with suppliers from all over the world and often being requested to travel for supervision

    Working Culture
The good thingsSome colleagues is very helpful and supportive.
The challengesVery hard to manage internal team when most of the teams is under contract or freelancer, no ownership and responsibility. Poor quality of work and management issue. Didn't push back to client yet the team suffer too much to try to turn thing around and make it happen. Bow to client is not a good way to build the relationship.

Good But Could Be Better Managed
The good thingsThey company services clients from various industries so it gave me the opportunity to expand my PR and Media horizon. My team members were very cooperative, hardworking and at the same time fun to collaborate with. I was able to be more creative in ideas and planning. The company itself is a fun place to work at, friendly employees and casual. The location (at Jln Sultan Ismail) was also a plus.
The challengesUnfortunately, the department was not managed as well it should be. Constantly, we were faced with the challenge of working with a very very lean team, with a lot of clients from various industries. Though it was pointed out many times to the management, situation hardly changed. As a result, it was hard to focus and to keep work momentum steady which was sad coz we loved our work and the clients.
