Good place for future advancement
The good thingsWorking at Kota Kemuning plant, the Company allows you to develop your skills as much as you wanted to learn especially in the Production department. Have a very good and loyal team to support you mentally and physically. During my tenure, the staff was rewarded with a bonus, and an annual trip aka team building which consists of all levels, which is great!
The challengesYou are required to multitask, good communication skill (e.g. to deal with the sales support team), good people management and planning skills.

Good Place To Grow & Learn
The good thingsGF is multinational company, in Malaysia plant, staff only around 100++, so you recognize each of them, so easy to work with. Environment is good, you will have good colleague, vast opportunity to learn and gain experience, great annual company trip (local & oversea). A good mentor aka boss, bonus around 3 months (2 month {based on company performance} + 1 month fixed)
The challengesLow increment even though company is doing well, local boss cannot make decision on staff increment, must go through regional boss approval 1st. Be ready to receive multitask job.
