    Good place for gaining experience
    The good thingsVery good co-workers. Good yearly bonus. Loyalty bonus after 5 years.
    The challengesRND is full of works, not enough staff, no general workers, everything need to be done by engineers (no help even for dirty works). Managements are old school. Yearly increament is low and always twisted into allowance, basic increase by rm50 in 2 years.
