    Great relationship with bosses and colleagues
    The good thingsGreat teamwork with colleagues and bosses. Bosses are genuine and kind to the staff as in they will find a way to help you when you faced hardship, even though they hired us is to help them solve problem, but in fact they are kind enough to care for us.
    The challengesBad thing about this company is too many bosses around, when require any initial, will have to wait for the bosses to come may take quite some times, and this company is still growing so quite a lot of policies and benefit are unclear for staff.

    not a good place to seek a better or higher positon
    The good thingsable to learn some medication and poison's basic knowledge .
    The challengesOld staff will leave most of the difficult or troublesome works for new staff so they could concentrate hitting their incentive ,having the morning shift themselves so they can leave the job earlier while others would have more chances to do all the stocks that arrived by different company by themselves. Poor in career devolopment as pharmacist are more concern for higher post than normal staff.
