    The challengesNo salary increment for 4 years,poorly manage by coo.if there is another ceo,it should be ok. Only rely on one doctor for main source of income.if director on leave,the pt reduce to 10 only. Staff is not well trained as high turnover rate,a lot of error happened.low quality hospital
