GMI has a good working environment. However, it isn't enough to make your employees stay. Please give reasonable salary to them.
The good thingsI like the flexible working hours for teaching staff.
The challenges-Extremely underpaid. I understand they were struggling before this but now things are getting better, please increase the salary! -No benefit at all. Please, medical is not a benefit!

    Good staff, bad management
The good thingsThe academic and support staff have each other's backs and are very supportive. Everyone is willing to go extra miles for the students. Good work-life balance.
The challengesThe management only thinks about what benefits them, not the institution or staff. Staff welfare is close to none existent. No bonus or even salary increment for at least 7 years.

The good thingsA good boss, a great opportunity for career advancement. More Annual leave compares to other companies.
The challengesThere is no salary increment for the last 8 years due to a lack of students. The grade promotion should be given accordingly as per last time.

    Nahh, it's OKAY!
The good thingsNo much stress and tense. Quite good environment to those who prefer average workloads and planning to further their studies.
The challengesIt is hard to change the mentality of the super senior staffs towards better improvement of the organisation. The reporting wise is quite hanky-panky.
