    The good thingsYou get lots of experience from working on different tasks and challenges. You can learn multi-tasking, work under pressure, decision-making, team-player and etc. Learn new things and experience. A great job for beginner who needs experience.
    The challengesWork is urgent most of the time, other departments don't give enough co-operation sometimes, doesn't give proper training and expect you to finish the task with little information.
