    The good thingsThe work-life balance, location, understanding MD, amazing HRD & helpful colleagues! I was unfortunately retrenched due to restructuring. If given an opportunity, I’d love to work here again. One of the best experiences & learned a lot being here for approximately 4 years.

    The good thingsThe colleagues are friendly and helpful, convenient location, salary is always on time, somewhat flexible environment.
    The challengesPoor management due company's tight budget and the salary stays static as annual increment is not possible, no such thing as yearly bonus yet they have KPI's for each staff which is ridiculous. The company used to be great but not great anymore.

    The good thingsThe staffs are resourceful and the Malaysia Airlines staffs are friendly and multinational which allows to strengthen communication skills. Besides, the interns are entitled to claim overtime.
    The challengesShould allow interns or trainee to broader exposure as per discussion in the first month of internship. Basically, working as one of the vendors in Malaysia Airlines is a great experience.

    The good thingsThe employer give the opportunity to me to work with them. Not so fussy on the interviewing session. Very simple questions and quick answer and explain the job specification directly. Have a good team members and wiling to share the ideas, expertise and knowledge. Wiling to help on certain case regarding the IT escalation. Have a variety of communities in this company and I'm enjoyed.
    The challengesEveryday day is a challenging day. Especially on IT issues, escalating tickets and combination technology between old and new hardware and software. Well, is a bit challenging when comes with a new hardware configuration.But, with the proper help from the team members it's help to solve the issues. Everyday we must learn new concepts and ideas from differences models of servers.

    The good thingsGood Environment, Supportive and Friendly colleagues, Strategic Workplace Location (Easy Access via Public Transports), online studies and certificates are offered via the company's staffs website and also a well balanced work/life environment.
    The challengesThe management should take in the effort the staffs put in into their work and reward responsibly, also there's no progress to move to the next level or any sort of career enhancement plan. Position and designation is confusing as the job scope doesn't fit the work that being done. Increment is nearly impossible and no bonuses offered.
