    From Family Culture to Toxic Workplace Under Poor Management
    The good thingsIn the past, the company had a strong family-like culture where colleagues supported one another and worked as a team. There were dedicated long-serving staff, good teamwork, and a sense of pride in the workplace. It was once a place where people enjoyed contributing and growing together.

    Gaslit into taking on other depts wrong decisions

    The challengesthe turnover in the company is unexpectedly high, about 15 left in 6 months, rendering operations to be slow. hard to please upper management even though they have approve all documents and plans prior worst toilet ever, full of cockroaches.

    There are better jobs out there. These are unappreciative employer with equally poor management.
    The good thingsNothing. Nada. Cannot find anything good.
    The challengesToxic culture, micromanagement and office politics If you're thinking of applying to AC Hesed, be warned. the environment is deeply toxic. Micromanagement and stress is the norm, with all decisions controlled by Singapore HQ. The Malaysia office has no autonomy, HR offers no protection, and inter-departmental politics are rife. Some team members including the designer will talk bad about others to look good in front of the boss. It’s driven by insecurity, trying to override her immediate superior and caused by bad leadership. If you still decide to apply, I get it — times are tough. But don’t say you weren’t warned. They micromanage your every move. God forbid you forget to clock out, you will be surprised with pay cut. No appeal even with evidence showing you were at work hahaha. Turnover is super high. People start to look for jobs the moment they step in. Sad state.

    I willing to stay in this company only because of the new CXO, only i can see some hope in this company.
    The good thingsEverything is good if without Singapore people involve. The company is very old school, the only hope i can see is with the new CXO, she is so kind, proposed us new salary adjustment, add on headcount to our outlets, understand our effort of operations staff difficulties effort by proposing the allowance, our manager even said new CXO will change the company culture to flexi working hours, better benefits, which we looking for better future, and she is even fight for us on on time salary payment.
    The challengesThe XR, GX, AGX is really useless, they only know how to follow boss instruction, and they are not dare to propose to HQ in Singapore, but big boss also good in drama and pretend to be know nothing. Oh ya, finance department also the same, day day say no money and keep delay payment include salary pay by 4th. I think company really no money.

    A toxic workplace driven by poor leadership, no structure, and zero respect for employees.
    The good thingsHonestly, nothing much stands out as positive due to the overwhelming negative culture and poor management practices.
    The challengesToxic and authoritarian top-down management style, resembling a dictatorship. HR operates unethically—staff are treated like disposable parts and may be threatened or penalized with baseless warning letters. No proper SOPs in place; roles are unclear and boundaries between departments are frequently crossed, disrupting operations. Extremely high turnover, and work processes change constantly. Promotions are often given to unqualified individuals who lack planning and leadership skills. Employees are undervalued, and the management believes they are always right, despite displaying outdated and rigid mindsets. Limited medical claim and no bonus and benefit given.

    If you want to regret, then you can join this company If you're considering joining gigasports, I strongly advise against it. The company's internal culture and management practices are detrimental to employee well-being and professional growth. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned.
    The good thingsNothing seriously nothing is good. No bonus, medical i have to pay
    The challengesThe company fosters a toxic work environment characterized by favoritism, emotional decision-making, and a lack of performance-based evaluations. Bonuses are non-existent. The HR department (toxic dept) is unprofessional and rude; when I raised concerns, I was met with dismissiveness and hostility.
