The challengesThere too many politic in this company, that delay the decision, from manager to the top management had there own team, which is not working toward good team work, from simple purchase item can take more than few week not even issue po, when follow up only later and later, this company is more toward family type of business, when u had good relationship you will be promoted fast and more bonus.
