    The good thingsHave monthly team dinner and good environment for working. Working 5 days a week and can wearing casual. Working place is nice condition and a lot of restaurant to choose to eat here and accommodation also quite easy to go.
    The challengesNeed to work hard to achieve your Key Performance Index (KPI). If you work great that you get an salary increment. If you are shy to ask to boss for salary increment when nearly increase than, you will lose hope in working. Please be close to your boss if you know what i mean.

    Environment is Competitively good
    The good thingsEveryone is helping each other without any bias. You can ask & get the answer comfortably even from your superior. The manager also do the job same as you so you can't really complain if there's workload (but usually no workload, just new things implemented)
    The challengesEvery week you have target to achieve, you need to work hard on that target, but when you have achieve that, you can relax for the rest of the week till next week target ckme out.
