Integrity and patient safety is the most important one. In terms of benefits, they are among the best in Sabah. However, work-life balance is somewhat limited. If you're aiming to advance your career rapidly and thrive in a high-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity.

    Great 4-year journey with supportive management. Good company to work with.
    The good thingsBig group and stable company to work with. Good manager. Supportive team and colleagues. Good exposure to work as continuous training is provided, enables staffs to develop their skills. Good benefits (end year bonus, medical benefit and yearly increment). Relationship between inter-department staffs is good. Volunteer more and prove that you can do it and there is always opportunity for career development.
    The challengesWork-life balance is poor and it's normal for healthcare industry. Need to be always alert and responsive. The communication between internal partners still has room for improvement. The lunch hour is too short.

    Good for gaining experience
    The good thingsLearnt many things through internship, colleagues are really friendly and willing to teach. Lab staff let me to do hands-on on many tests. Lively working environment, manager is really friendly. Had the opportunity to observe bone marrow aspiration and endoscopy. Lab staffs even volunteer to let me perform venipuncture on them.
    The challengesNot much specimens, not all tests can be run in this lab, hence limited experience. Shift and OT pay calculations are abnormal.

    The good thingsThe senior's and manager's treat me well and gave me fair advice as well as criticisms as it is for my own benefit and future experience. If you like a challenge, then it is the best place for you to work. You will get to meet a lot of different kind of people and the worker's there are very friendly and polite.

    The good thingsThe good things that i have experienced in that company is the experienced work with medical people and to work with other department. they have positive culture and attitude in terms of hospitality. all the staff is very friendly and helpful.i learnt a lot in that company. how i wish i can come back and work with them.
