great experience for a fresh grad!
The good thingsThe principal, administrator, teachers, kitchen staff children and parents are very helpful and loving.
The challengeshigh standard and quality in exucuting education to the children as children’s curriculum is like standard one for 5-6 years old. A lot of work needed to finish if he/she is a prep teacher. Not to forget other class teacher also need to prepare a lot of art and craft and prepare the children for their next level.

For those who looking for experience and challenge in preschool line.
The good thingsThe Company provides Breakfast and Lunch, Uniform, EPF & Socso. There is Teacher's Day celebration every year for all staff. Bonding time for each branches (depends on the principal of the branches how they going to do it). There is 1 day Birthday Leave given to each staff every year. In house training provided for all new staff. Permata Training provided for permanent staff and other necessary training.
The challengesGossiping about staff personal life should be avoided even there is code of conduct that mention in the staff book but it still happen and sadly start from the management staff. They should improve in keep the issue as Private & Confidential and take the things seriously. Finding a replacement when you want to take your annual leave is kinda annoying since everyone has their own duty. It suppose to be handle by the Principal or Supervisor. Same goes to finding a replacement went you are on Medical leave.

    Passionate working environment
The good thingsThe Directors and management are highly passionate and very kind. Working there is like working in a family environment. Everyone strives towards the same goal. Everyone is very passionate in contributing to the early childhood industry.
The challengesSuper high workload - that requires 200% of dedication and energy. Although this is the nature of the early childhood industry practice, everyone should start to be aware of each other's work-life balance. Salary should be improved - and this should go across the board (all early childhood industry players).

The challengesToo much of work and there's no stay back or overtime so it was hard to finish the job as much as i could.

Having good support from the HQ is crucial.
The good thingsGood people with good hearts. Believing in what they do. Each employee trying their level best and also giving their best. Working until the job is done. Loving what they do and doing what they love. A job is more than a job, it is a career when you know it's part of your life. People at this company understands this.
The challengesFrequent changes in some of the departments resulted in some short term challenges.
