The good thingsGood teamwork, friendly colleagues, work life balance working environment and considerable management team toward employee needs.

The challengesNeed to be very self discipline to achieve personal goal and some time need to fight for resources as project resources are shared among multiple projects at the same time.

The good thingsFlexibility, team work and free flow of innovation and creativity. Striving to deliver cutting edge innovative solutions to the market and revolutionize existing business processes to harness the opportunities and manage the risks in the digital age.

The challengesAd-hoc project teams that is lacking a project team charter. However, this is merely an immaterial negative factor that is negated by all the positives of working with this company.
