A fairly good place to learn - growth is assured, but amateurish.
The good thingsGreat bond with colleagues, early dismissal and progressive (albeit slow)
The challengesLow-end salary, no bonus, no insurance coverage, many classes, no professional subject training, poor infrastructure and quite ethnic-centric, unbefitting the name.

I have experienced both sides while working here.
The good thingsThe working hours and my head of Department was the only good thing that I have faced but unfortunately HOD left.
The challengesMiddle Eastern setting and language barrier most of the time and no allowance, benefits or commissions.

Not really international but Arabic school
The good thingsInitially I was given full responsibility on the development of the school but later the boss made a u-turn by believing his own Arabs.
The challengesI started the school from scratch to full commencement. I worked practically 13 hours per day for almost everyday except Saturday and Sunday. I put in my full effort and time because I wanted it to be successful and to be at our with the elite international schools if not better. I was instrumental in establishing and running the school well and progressing.
