    Im working as a event supervisor
    The good thingsI have a nice boss, good enviroment, and no pressure at work,
    The challengesThis is only an event, so as a event worker, they did not provide epf, socso, annual leave or even holiday once per week. Except if MC, or sick.

    have a good experience working here but i don't feel any development
    The good thingsthe factory is near to my house, the people there is friendly even my boss is friendly
    The challengesI have to work as customer service too.. so i have to handle two jobs at the same time.. and i have to entertain the customer during night too but don't have overtime payment.. just commision sales 2%
