    Good for young fresh grad engineer. Just don't stay too long. Grab a 1,2 years of experience and go someplace where you can learn more and earn better.

    The good thingsMy position as Onboard Signalling tester gave me chances to work with various people from other companies and good experiences as well. The company has good future as currently they have secured KVMRT SSP Line for next 5 to 6 years. Good opportunities to work with Bombardier expert as we are the sub-contractor for them.
    The challengesLonger working hour as we were pursuing key date and milestone. If comparing job scope, experienced and what have we worked for, they should consider to increase the offered salary for the workers. Working as subcontractor for main contractor, sometimes we need to deal directly with the demanding client. So need to know what are we doing and the reasons why we took any actions.

    The good thingsi have learnt a lot of things about railways signalling system. If you want to start from the beginning this company is good for career developement. You will experienced the adventure of work at site and also in the office as a signalling designer for railways.
    The challengesThe biggest challengest you need to learnt by yourself and explore more if you want to know the details about something you are working on it. But the senior also is helping if want asking anything about the job scope and it is great to work in a team building spirit.
