    The challengesToo much political I think is a command in every organization. But do not ask for increment or any other benefit you have high chance to ditch from the company I have to see few staff facing this and I the experience too. Management won't appreciate staff from the lowe category.

    The good thingsemployer are good and welcome but some office mate can sit well when others doing better then them especially if you are not same race like them. that is the only problem there.
    The challengesTry to work like family and support each others more than finds each other mistake because of jealous and can accept others better than you.
