The good thingslearnt a lot about being an engineer in M&E ,improve me as a student and taught me on how to survive in working life. Globe also gave a lot opportunity to fresh grad student.Its a good start if to start the working career with Globe.
The challengesIts hard being a new worker in construction site,but Globe gave me time to settle.Also the supervisor that have been assigned to me on that period taught me a lot and keep on pushing me to learn.

Currently we take extra care to make sure staff get their family time properly unless the site is nearing BOMBA and needs extra attention. We also encourage staff to take their Annual leave or Replacement leaves for them to take rest every time they complete their projects and start with a new one.

HR ManagerThank you for your reviews and glad that you found the company helpful. As construction Industry we are committed to work on Saturdays due to demand at site and currently we are practicing Alternate Saturday method to increase the time spent with their families.
We are also thriving our best to pay our EPF on time and helping the staff to secure loans.

The good thingsLots of things I learned when nobody else to help me. I seek help from friends and built connection within this field
The challengeshave to work alone, really stressful at the early stages cause everything have to my our self. no time with family and friends. stay quite far from workplace, have to wake up early morning and always reach home late night. once know how to handle the stress and enjoy the work, can tackle it

Along my employment with this company, i can consider myself as a well multi-purpose staff that can take care lot of scope and develop my experience better.
The good thingsLearn a lot regard the piping system (fire protection system). able to understand learn adequate knowledge to be more multi-purpose when giving service with this company. Management is very good and the remuneration is also compatible with the staff working knowledge and experience capacity.
Apart from that, i can consider myself working with this company as a family which everyone is not coping with their stress level. Awesome place to gather knowledge, experience and friends.
The challengesOnly the EPF is not giving out to the staff accordingly by monthly basis. This company prefer to hold staff's epf contribution and pay it on a lump sump base. Which, resulting from this, the staff cannot proceed to apply any financial support for any financial institution in malaysia. But, the good thing to cover for this is, this company provide personal loan for their staff and the amount of loan will be deducted by their salary on schedule basis.
