    The good thingsIt is a good company for career development. The staffs are friendly and patient teaching those who are new to working environment.
    The challengesLocation. The downside of it is there are potential risk of flooding in the area which can be dangerous to those working in the company.

    Life-long learning experience
    The good thingsFreedom to improve life long learning experience and a good working environment. The supervisors would do their best to teach the interns especially on the company work scope. Furthermore, the company staff show professional practice during working hours. Last but not least, they encourage undergraduate students to take internship at the company.
    The challengesThe challenges would be the amount of work given to an intern and promoting self management. The company doesn't promote a lot of work to an intern. Thus, it's the duty of an intern to self manage their time to promote themselves instead.

    The good thingsGood engineers teaching you all the stuff you need to know, supervisors bring you to site and back to office safely, learnt a bit about the HR Executives work too. Friendly workers, everyone is nice to you.
    The challengesUnfortunately there are no allowance for internship here, that is because you barely do any difficult work. You only follow the supervisors and engineers around, while they explain to you what they do. Sometimes, they let you try to do some of the works.
