    Bad experience Internship
    The good thingsCan learn the recruitment process.
    The challengesThey seek interns deeply because most of the staff in the company they hire are interns, and even interns have their own KPIs similar with permanent staff and need to work on weekend every single week with using company personal phone. Interns have a timetable scheduled and need to throw the trash away once the working hour is over.

    The good thingsDuring the 4 months of internship, I have improved a lot of my communication skills in English and Malay. As I meet a lot of potential candidates and I feel happy when helped them to secure job.

    Worst experience in this calculative company
    The good thingsyou will feel happy for your candidate who really appreciates your efforts, but the company just wants to get the money from the client.
    The challengesMost of the staff in this company are only internship students. not more than 2 permanent staff in the company. No matter is an intern or permanent. their management will always request to work on weekends, public holidays even sick leave no matter you are permanent or an intern youngster.

    The good thingsThe staff only good at you when you are newbie. Once you did not achieved KPI they don't bother with you
    The challengesSame KPI as permanent worker but payment is not same with the permanent worker
