Even if time and work are planned, urgent tasks often come up, resulting in an increased workload and always need to overtime.
The good thingsIt can help you grow quickly in your work, but prolonged high-pressure environments are not healthy for your mental health.
The challengesThe boss says they don't encourage overtime culture, but the workload never matches the time given, so overtime becomes inevitable. They then use it as an excuse, claiming that overtime is needed because of a lack of ability.

Good for learning if you can handle the stress
The good thingsYou can learn a lot in their working environment as they have various kinds of projects and there's a good tech lead for guidance.
The challengesPlease make sure you are independent enough if working here. Their project planning is not organized. The boss will tell you the due date is today all of the sudden so that you have to burn midnight oil to rush for it.
