    Strong team spirit
    The good thingsI am working here as a Service manager and i'm proud to say that im been working here almost 8 years. My boss is really kind and talented person which i personality experienced. They always treat their office members as their own family. I would definitely recommend my friend or family and people who really looking for best and wonderful working experience.
    The challengesThe office located far away from my house and sometimes i face difficulty in traffic jam.

    Huge learning curve
    The good things1) Different management method compare with others 2) Great culture 3) No politics among colleagues 4) Strong team spirit 5) In depth learning in all ways 6) Open and honest communication among team members 7) No hierarchy 8) Work wise both bosses are good teachers, temperant wise they treat us as a family member, communication wise they both are good listeners and always giving respect to each of our opinions. Overall they have good personality.
