    The good thingsi HAVE LEARN A LOT ON HUMAN RESOURCES AND SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY. I WAS REWARDED BY INCREASING MY SALARY TWO TIMES. I HAVE A WONDERFUL BOSS WHO UNDERSTAND STAFF PROBLEM AND DO REMIND ME TO TAKE ACTION IF THERE IS AN ISSUE RELATED STAFF.
    The challengesI CAN DO MORE THEN 1 JOB, I LEARN MORE ON HR DEPARTMENTS, I CAN MAKE DECISION BASED ON DEPARTMENT AND CAN COMMUNICATES WITH MY MD DIRECTLY TO DISCUSS ON WHAT EVER DECISION TAKEN BY ME. ATTEND TO METING ARRANGE FUNCTION WITH THE SUPPORT OFF ALL STAFF.
