    The good thingsA comfortable and cold because of air conditioner workplace, just sitting while do your job
    The challengesYou need to work hard because of need to reach the target and the facilities for toilet and surau is quite small ( for a woman worker) and there is no cafeteria that provide food, you need to bring yourself or order through foodpanda/grab or there is an order food among operator but the price is quite expensive

    The good thingsGood management and working relationship between departments. Relationship with superior also good with strong support from top management.
    The challengesE-sculpting is not done in our company and we have no control over e-sculpting files coming into the folder. E-sculpting should be transferred to our company so that we are in better control and better management, and better delivery in meeting customer requirements.
