    Junior Geotechnical Engineer
    The good things-open door culture -fruits per week -small hierarchy gap -company trip, christmas, raya celebration, CNY dinner -sponsor for sports (marathon etc)
    The challenges-heavy workload -emotion of senior engineers especially rushing -lack of manpower -limited license delayed progress -unhealthy snacks (can be improved) -inconsiderate individual if project is rushing -not flexible working time -no compensation on overtime working except meal allowance -seniors expect/ push too much -engineers have to do project admin works (filing etc)
