The challenges-poor management (no proper HR)
-exploited boss, stingy and very calculative
-micromanage
-understaffed (one person one department)
-bad culture
-poor benefits (if you want hot water, you have to boil it yourself)
-super high turnover rates (average only stay for one month)
-don't expect there are people to back you if you're taking leaves, you have to finish everything before you take the leave, even if you applied for 'unpaid leave'
-a lot of hidden things that they don't want to make clear in the offer letter (play with words), so make sure you read it carefully
