    Good Environment for employee
    The good things1) Salary is ok, a little bit high compare to salary market 2) No pressure for the weekend and night. 3) Chill environment, u can wear shirt as long its promote the brand (Harley, Aprilia, Vespa n etc) 4) No need to stay so long at the office. As long your job is done, u can go back home at 6.00 pm
    The challenges1) Mostly English communication 2) Others benefit is low. 3) No extra payment when work during the event/weekend. U will get only replacement leave.
