    The good thingsSupervisor's,they can angry with managers and workers, using bad word. no get any punishments for that.

    The good thingsWorking hours are ok, willing to pay high salary to compensate for the extra work load and stress faced here.
    The challengesLousy benefits, lousy management. Hostile employees, especially does in operation line. Not willing to cooperate or change. Progress and improvement is stagnant. No clear directions from management.
