    Not a good place to work
    The good thingsWorking hours end earlier than other company. Not much benefits actually just the performance bonus is good if the company business is doing good. HR should review the employee welfare. There’s a lot of “hidden” requirements for the benefits offered.
    The challengesStaff worked long in this company unwilling to change. No improvement and there’s no room to allow employee to improve. No direction from the management. No sense of accountability and responsibility even from executive levels.

    The good thingsColleagues are great. Before change of management, flexibility is great. Learn a lot from my former boss. Everything i need to know, my former boss has thought me. It was a good experience.
    The challengesKPI achieved, and reward is as expected. There were no clear directions. It was hard for one decisions to be made as there are several decision makers to which not everyone is agreeable to. Thus delaying the task at hand waiting for decisions to be made.

    Terrible MNC company, management is OUT!
    The good thingsLess work, good for people who is going to retired, relaxing in the office and take salary by end month. No improvement required, just maintain the same and follow unreasonable instruction. Improvement proposed but asked to hold back, just relax doing the same things, no need improvement.
    The challengesthere is no communication and no meeting among functional director and causing the staff unable to implement an action successfully. No cost saving especially in the hiring of managerial level and above.
