++ExperienceThe good thingsThe training is very good, thanks to a US certified training coordinator. A lot of actual business knowledge gained through the standard supervisor & upper levels standard training. If you can ready yourself for lecture/training like what you did in college, there will be a lot of reward here. This is a place I would highly recommend if you are mentally agile and flexible.
The challengesWhile there is much room for improvement, a few points needs to be stressed out. Hiring practices have been desperate at best. Same problematic staffs have been re-hired after dismissal due to desperation for workers to fill in the daily schedule. Family members are also known to be hired and working in the same outlet and shift, resulting in hard to crack honesty issues.
