    Unfair senior management
The good thingsOnly one good person in management has left. As for everyone else, if you enter beware.
The challengesSenior management, CEO is my way or the highway. Regardless of data or experience or even if the market says it straight in their face, they just like doing things their way. And if it fails, the blame falls on everyone below especially the executioner, so be wary. Low pay and longer working hours than many other developers, lacking opportunity for growth of learning curves.

The good thingsThe working benefit was attractive. The Company also encourage their employee to attend training besides paying for the training itself. They conducted yearly KPI for all level of employees which is good for everyone to improve their skill. As for the working environment, they have a great staff who will cooperate together and work as a team also friendly and supportive to each other.
The challengesSo far during my service the most challenging was how to deal with the higher level management, how to communicate with them and how to gain their trust. Every work is challenging depend on our credibility and how we managed it. The important thing is we know what the best we can do in order to give the better service to our employer.
