    GSC offer many benefits to fresh graduate who seek experience
    The good thingsIf you are fresh graduate who seek for experience, GSC might be the best choice. It offer many benefits such as medical card, cinema leave beside annual leave, staff discount, movie tickets, and trainings as well. You can learn a lot from this company as they will sharpen your skills as long as you work in here.
    The challengesAs an entertainment industry, GSC open 7 days a week. So, working time is one of the challenges I found as a deal breaker for me. Don't get me wrong, we do have shift here. In certain GSC location, we practice 5 days working with 1 off day and 1 rest day. But we have to work for 10 hours a day including break time. So this is the reason why I found this is the challenge because working time make I feel tired even though I have 2 off day.
