Creative Role But No Creative Freedom
The good thingsMust follow the founder’s video style, even if the trend is already outdated Can learn how to edit videos again and again sometimes over 10 times for one video
The challengesDuring the interview, I asked for an iPhone to create better quality videos. She agreed. After I joined, she didn’t buy the iPhone. Instead, she asked me to use the company’s old Oppo phone (low spec) or my own phone Then she complained that the video quality was poor After that, she rejected the whole content without giving clear feedback Hard to follow latest trends because we must copy only her old video style No creative freedom everything must follow her way only Content often rejected for small reasons even after working many hours

    Not suitable for working
The good thingsCan learn to work under pressure
The challengesBoss micromanages everything, even small things Boss comes late but gives last-minute tasks before we go home Forced to do TikTok and Facebook Live even when we have pending orders After Live, she asks why orders are still late even though we told her earlier If we don’t follow her small rules, she gets angry or marks us Then she gives more work on purpose and wants everything done at the same time No proper job scope admin also must handle customers and content creation Poor work-life balance, sometimes need to stay back late

Sweet on social media, toxic in the office.
The good things6 working days if you want to build patience and endurance, this place will do it. You’ll learn what extreme micromanagement really looks like Experience working under heavy surveillance CCTV is always watching Fast-paced customer calls help improve communication under pressure You’ll master multitasking: one moment handling customers, next thing, you’re hosting a TikTok Live You’ll grow thick skin and mental stamina. You’ll need both Great place to learn the difference between how someone acts online vs in real life
The challenges6 employees quit in a single week. Staff leave not because of the workload, but because of boss toxic behavior The boss puts on a super sweet, humble image online but in person, she’s rude, controlling, and downright nasty Commission? Promised. But when payslips came, nothing was there even when targets were hit Ask about commission and she’ll twist the story or blame you Constant last-minute tasks, especially before going home Forced to go live on TikTok even if it’s not your job then scolded for not answering customer calls fast enough Salary doesn’t match the workload Shouting in front of others, constant blame, and zero appreciation are common

21 Resigned in a Year. Think Twice

The challenges21 staff resigned in a year, 6 staff left in one week, Boss often arrives late, Last-minute tasks before work ends, Low salary for workload given, Extreme micromanagement daily, No real work-life balance, Poor staff retention culture, Surveillance feels excessive, Boss acts humble, good character in online but not in reality
