    Somewhat need experience first before joining
    The good thingsSome staffs, very esp. newer, tend to be more friendly and more willing to assist. And they tend to be students working during holdiays.
    The challengesthe staffs that have work pretty long tend to leave you in the dark and tend to critic you for not able to work well even though you have only started work about a week.

    Great for part timers not for full timers.
    The good thingsGreat as a part timer due to timing flexibility.
    The challengesFull timer do shift works that will end really late. Off request and annual leaves are not guaranteed.

    Working at GV is really a good thing, because I get to learn different things compare to my country and my last job, and know how to manage the time wisely and deal with the customer.
    The good thingsThe great colleagues, benefits and I love to greet customer. So, when I see the customer smile I’ll be so happy and will be more energetic.
    The challengesThe attitude of customer sometimes can be very rude and I don’t very like it but still need to put the smile on my face, because I know this is my job. But I’m still enjoy to working at GV.
