    The good thingsThe management system is very good. Good colleagues and managers. Able to learn a lot of new things and great experience. Able to learn self management and build self confident when serving customers and doing sales.
    The challengesMust exposed staff to more new healthcare products and more product training so that the staff will be more prepared and confident when dealing with different types of lens product and gives excellent service for customer.
