    Toxic, unprofessional, irresponsible and ignorant management culture - no career growth and bad for mental health.
    The good thingsNothing to highlight.
    The challengesNo yearly budget for each department. Difficult to plan and manage re-stocking of common consumables and other purchases which can delay daily operations. Improving daily operations is difficult. Past experience and technical knowledge are often ignored and challenged by senior management.

    No good things to Highlight.
    The good thingsPublic Holiday all taken maximum.
    The challengesOffice Environment felt like working in middle of Market(Pasar). Tai Chi master everywhere in the organization. As per the name of the Company Goodmaid treated like we are maid. Worst Culture. Even though you get Good KPI result, some ManagerT will mark it down. Everything need to be free not willing to spend.

    Outspoken, fast & follow the instruction are the keys for good KPI in the company
    The good thingsYou may learn how to deal with basic accounting knowledge for example issuance of cheque, debit & credit notes, invoices, reconciliation.
    The challengesIf you are fast working person, this company will be advantage to work in. But if you someone who prefer to analyze any task given to understand more before put into action, I wouldn't recommend to join this company. This is because time is the company's priority. In this company you better work fast but less think. If not you will take more time than company's working culture set up. Then, you will never meet their KPI.

    Enjoyable work place
    The good thingsGood Value: I enjoy working with Goodmaid and makes me look forward to coming into the office. So far everything was amazing and enjoyable.
    The challengesCan be improved: Need to be more professional in working by not mixing personal problems with individuals in the workplace.

    The good thingsGood colleague, easy access to good restaurant and amenities, not jam area
    The challengesPoor and bias management, poor decision making, how good you performed not ensure you got good bonus, high stress level, low oppoturnities for carrier improvement, and the company not easy to accept new idea.
