    The good thingsHigher probability to have your own comfortable development environment set up. Moderate in development management. Low in adoptation and research practices, such as Reusable Concept and Code Efficiency. You have perks like coffee machine, lots of bean bags, minimalist work desk, weekly soup in the kitchen and incredibly faster internet speed.
    The challengesTons of ad-hoc activities with plans or without. Primarily delivering output is more important than the overal project quality including it's health and maintainability. These should improved overtime.

    Good work life balance, good place to learn and grow
    The good thingsI can have my ideal computer, especially I can have a big screen, as a UI-UX designer, big screen is good for material designs. I am allowed to write whatever codes I want to help in my work process and others, which gives me to contribute more. I can have my own professional way to deliver my material design and coding. A zen place for me.
    The challengesTo be frank, nope, I found no bigger challenge and stressful to work in this company. I just enjoy my work and then every time I looked at how they like my work to smile. Unless, a stubborn obstacle that blocking my way to have my work progress right.
