    The challengesLimitation in term of culture and knowledge makes some group of people too dependent on some people which is not healthy if left unnoticed. It requires some reshuffling of certain managers roles to challenge the status quo.

The Goodyear brand is well known to Malaysian & all over the world which makes the employees more proud being part of the Goodyear family.
    The challengesAs a factory with 40 years of history in Malaysia there is lots old machinery which gives oppurtunity for employees to improve. Lots of foreign workers from several countries which creates challanges in communication. To ensure all quality aspects are in higher level from other competitor brands so that Goodyear brand can win in any customer espectations

    My Internship Experience (2007-2008)
    The good things1) Aside from salary, the benefit is generously distributed. Example, coupon or subsidized meal in canteen, active recreational activities for staffs etc. 2) Really walk the talk in ensuring quality of product, from top to bottom management, with an almost American employer style.
    The challenges1) Most the main machines or equipments are technologically outdated and need so much improvement for optimization. Always encounter short downtime. However this review is based on 2007-2008 period. 2) Executive level personnel are always busy with with so many efforts in improving quality
