    A company with lots of things to learn from management
    The good thingsFriendly and helpful colleagues, funny and humorous bosses, good benefits, Everyday will learn new things from different people (developer, agents, buyer).
    The challengesToo many SOP to follow in managing documents, even superior also confuse and not sure the SOP too. Lack of communication in handling document, end up keep on doing and repeating the same task, although one of the side already aware about the case issue. Many gossip, need to learn how to filter and ignore too.

    The challengesCompany always mislead agents with wrong information and guidance the agents sell it with wrong direction. Agent always had difficulties to convert the sale while targeted to wrong purchaser or wrong information provided by agent & company.
