I have more than 5 years experiences as an English lecturer.
The good thingsI enjoy to teach students and make them to understand new lessons. Its my pleasure.
The challengesI didnt enjoy here when I saw the manager don't evalute the students exam paper and evalute the the teaching of teacher. I hope its a best way to nourish the students and teachers willingness to make a good environment between them. At this students will be able to concentrate on study and teacher feels better to teach them. 2nd I didnt enjoy at that time when I saw that few students are not regular in the class.
