    The good thingsHelp people in US who don't speak English.
    The challengesBad management, many hidden rules. Not allowed to take leave during Malaysian holiday because need follow US timetable. Strict company with lots of rules. Payment not on time!

    The good thingsThe job application process was simple, and the managing director is more than willing to hire individuals with no prior work experience if they have a positive attitude towards work. Super friendly colleagues who guide me since I am working from home! A lot of fun gatherings and events being held by the company to foster relationships. Payroll on time. Many incentives are also provided to keep me motivated and engaged to meet company targets.

    Good pay and benefits for fresh graduate like me
    The good thingsJoined this company because this is a work from home position. The recruiters prepared me well for the language proficiency tests, which supposedly to have high failure rates. Management and operation teams were friendly and helpful. Guided me well and addressed all my concerns. At first, I was worried because this is a permanent night shift job. But with proper time management, I am able to manage it well. They pay quite well for a fresh graduate like me. Has been here for months and will be continuing this job for a few more years as I find it fun, enjoyable and challenging!
    The challengesNight shift is one of the challenge working in this company. However, I am able to manage it well so far. Hence, not a really big issue as they pay me quite well and on time

    No response when I asked about salary date!
    The good thingseverything was ok, until you tender resignation and serve notice.
    The challengesThey completely disappear when you are serving resignation notice, wouldn't reply you anymore, won't tell you your last salary date, the arrangements for returning gadgets. it's like the company has vanished. BUT! when they need something from you, they will appear. Just they won't reply you when you inquire something.

    A great place to gain experience and develop skills for fresh graduates. Everyone in the office management are friendly and provide guidance in order for me to learn something new. Had been learning new things since the first day of my internship which help me to gaim further understanding towards the company as well as the policies.

Every week was given new task given by the management team and this help me to gain understanding towards the company.     Awesome experience and helpful
    The good thingsReally enjoyed how I get to learn so many things while working with GP. Not only everyone in the office is nice kind and friendly but all of them were really helpful whenever you need help. Pay wise is definitely a high pay job that you would not be able to find it elsewhere with this current situation especially. Other than that you really get to learn a lot while working with them. They provide really professional trainings and they are strict when it comes to performance. Therefore made them more professional. Truly enjoyed working with the family.
    The challengesI would say the night shift. But overall it is actually acceptable and manageable if you arrange your schedule properly.

    small company but have a big ambitious to compete with others competitor
    The good thingsgiving a opportunity for sharpness our technical skills. By doing mistake, the company give an advise and spirit that learn from mistake for being a good engineer in future.Even we work in under pressure, the company still take care our welfare for reward our self in case the project that we take over are in trouble. I hope the company will grow up in this service engineering because they have potential to born new engineer in related or other fields.
    The challengeswork under pressure, a lot of travel but i like travelling just a bit scare when going back home at late night from servicing ATM&CDM due to i had bad experience when i got collision after hit the debris at highway due to long journey trip of travel. maybe i a bit tired driving.so far this company give me an opportunity and be a good explanator to our customer so that the customer/client will be happy and use our service back to back. the hardness must going thru is senior from NCR it self due to always take advantage to step down our spirit of working even after we clean all their s**t job.
